At VSV Capital, Tra is incharge of both firm and fund operations. Along with Partners of each fund, she manages the whole process from fundraising and fund administration to deals sourcing and portfolio monitoring. In 2021, she also led fundraising and management for Batch 7 of VSV Capital’s annual flagship acceleration program.

As a Partner, she regularly works with startups to develop their go-to-market strategy, operations, and fundraising procedures. Tra also plays an important role in creating opportunities for portfolio companies to connect with potential downstream investors and engaging with external partners to provide startups with crucial resources.

Prior to joining VSV Capital, Tra spent over 6 years honing her skills in Retail, Management and Leadership at multiple global corporations and local conglomerates such as Procter & Gamble, VinGroup Corporation and CMC Technology Corporation. She also dabbled in Media when she took the helm as CEO and Editor in Chief at TV channel VTC2. Tra graduated from Foreign Trade University, Vietnam with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking.
